The University Student Youth Organization has been active since 1999. Currently, it is led by student Ulvi Khudiyev. The organization aims to represent and protect the interests of students individually and collectively, and to ensure their active participation in the country's social, cultural, and economic life.

• Efficient organization of students' leisure time
• Ensuring students' rights
• Addressing students' social issues
• Organizing competitions, seminars, festivals, forums, meetings, exhibitions, campaigns, round tables, scientific conferences, training courses, mass awareness campaigns, discussion clubs, debates, symposiums, and meetings with prominent figures involving students
• Submitting issues to the Academic Council for studying students' problems and making relevant decisions
• Publishing newspapers and magazines to inform about student and youth activities, as well as events in the country's socio-political, socio-economic, and cultural life
• Establishing clubs, studios, courses, and services to support students' interests, intellectual development, and talents

Students participating in conferences organized by the Student Scientific Society (TEC) included students and academic supervisors from universities across the country. The best presentations were awarded first, second, and third-degree diplomas. BBU students collaborate scientifically with students from other universities. The best presentations at TEC forums are published in journals, serving as recognized research output.
