Established in 2018 based on an agreement reached between the State Examination Center and Baku Business University, the Applicant Advisory Center operates to support applicants who wish to enroll in higher and secondary specialized education institutions.

The Center's specially trained staff provide applicants with free assistance regarding student admission rules, application submission to higher and secondary specialized education institutions, the rules for filling in and confirming the 'Applicant's electronic application', solving technical issues that may arise during this process, competition requirements, and the points to consider during specialty selection.
