Duties of the University's staff union:

• Social protection
• Legal protection and resolution of labor disputes
• Occupational health and safety
• Organization of employees' leisure time, etc.

These activities, as well as the protection of employees' labor and socio-economic rights, are carried out based on collective agreements between the university management and the Staff Union.
