Duties of Faculty Deans
- Organizes teaching at the faculty in accordance with existing regulatory and legal acts and implements decisions adopted by the Academic Council;
- Supervises the quality of lectures, seminars, and laboratory classes conducted by teachers;
- Periodically reviews the activities of departments in teaching, research, cultural-mass, and other social work and discusses them in the faculty Academic Council;
- Supervises the provision of lecture notes, exercise materials, programs, and other teaching aids for teachers conducting classes at the faculty;
- Monitors student attendance and mastery levels, establishing close contact with parents when necessary;
- Ensures students’ optimal workload for lectures and exercises;
- Supervises the organization, conduct, and review of exam results in departments and at the faculty Academic Council;
- Monitors the completion of ongoing tasks across the faculty.
