




In a short period of time, Baku Business University has established strong collaborations with leading scientific and educational centers worldwide. The "International Relations" department began its activities in April 2004, aiming to enhance the university's international image, increase its global reputation, and assist students in studying at top universities in Europe and beyond. The department also develops new forms of collaboration with local and foreign institutions, prepares projects on current topics, and organizes international conferences, symposia, seminars, meetings, and cultural-scientific events. BBU’s leadership regularly meets with faculty from top foreign universities. The university participates in Erasmus+, dual-degree, and other exchange programs with over 20 universities across 15 European countries, and collaborates with leading Turkish universities through the Mevlana and Erasmus+ programs. BBU professors have presented at numerous international conferences, and meetings with representatives from companies in the USA, UK, Germany, and Turkey have been hosted. Distinguished scholars and business professionals frequently attend events at the university. The department maintains active cooperation with embassies and representative offices in Azerbaijan to establish ties with reputable foreign universities. Agreements, bilateral and multilateral contracts, and memorandums have been signed or are in preparation with universities in the USA, France, Russia, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Spain, Germany, Italy, Georgia, and other countries to facilitate student, graduate, and faculty exchanges and other forms of collaboration.
